Float the Middle Fork Payette River: Float on inner tubes, paddle boards, kayaks, or canoes. The Middle Fork is even fun to snorkel! It is the warmest, calmest, and shallowest of the branches of the Payette. Popular Public River Access Points include the Community Church, Rodeo Grounds, or Weilmunster Park. Riverpond Campground guests pull out at the campground. 

Fish: Excellent fishing has been reported upstream along the Middle Fork Payette River on Forest Service landAnglers have caught whitefish and trout in the river along the campground.

Bike Mountain Trails: Adventure Cyclists and Trekkers will enjoy the challenge of the Cascade to Garden Valley Loop. Bikers will have fun on One Spoon Trail for Dirt Bikes.

Float, Enjoy, Relax & Play

Float the Main, South Fork, or North Fork of the Payette River: Go white-water rafting or kayaking on these rivers to create exciting and unforgettable outdoor adventure memories. If you do not have your own gear, book a trip through Bear Valley Rafting.

Enjoy a Musical: Starlight Mountain Theatre is an outdoor theatre located beside Riverpond Campground. Visit their website for show and ticket information. 

Relax at Terrace Lakes Resort: The resort has a golf course, geothermal swimming pool, restaurant and bar, and pickle ball courts.    

Play at Weilmunster Park: It is a Public River Access Point with a large sandy bank. The park has playground, volleyball and basketball courts, a shaded pavilion, toilets, and a large grassy area for dogs.
